It was a pleasure working with LaKrisha. She is a kind hearted person. I enjoyed my coaching sessions with her. She did a great job on helping me to refocus my thoughts in personal and work life. In order to get something out of your time with her, you have to put something in. There are many things I did out of habit, that didn't serve me any purpose. You have been a very pivotal person, a figure in my life when it comes to navigating a lot of changes. These conversations are very helpful for me and they are helping me move in the right direction of healing. And I feel like without you and without things like this, I will sometimes rely on my own understanding or I'll just go back to my old ways of coping, and I don't want to do that. I had the pleasure of working with LaKrisha at the University of Notre Dame.
